What's Your "E"?

Stebbins High School: The "3E's" — Enrollment, Enlistment, Employment
We are proud to launch the "3E’s" initiative at Stebbins High School: Enrollment, Enlistment, and Employment. Through this ambitious program, we are committed to ensuring that every graduate is equipped with the tools, opportunities, and support they need to excel in one of these three critical areas.
A Clear Path to Success
Guided by our mission to provide a personalized learning environment through rigorous instruction, innovative technology use, and high expectations, Stebbins prepares students to become critical thinkers and leaders in a diverse, ever-changing world.
Enrollment Opportunities
For students aspiring to continue their education after high school, Stebbins offers outstanding opportunities for dual enrollment. Through partnerships with Sinclair Community College and other local institutions, students can earn college credit at no cost while still completing their high school education. Many of our students graduate not just with a diploma, but also with college credits—and in some cases, even an Associate’s Degree—giving them a strong head start on their academic journey.
Enlistment in the U.S. Military
Stebbins proudly supports students who choose to serve our country through military service. We offer mentorship, resources, and guidance for students interested in enlistment. Our AFJROTC program further prepares students for success in the military by emphasizing leadership, citizenship, and discipline.
Employment Opportunities
Stebbins is deeply committed to workforce readiness. Our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs offer hands-on, real-world experience in a wide variety of career fields, including HVAC, Sports Medicine, Construction Trades, Engineering, Accounting, Teacher Academy, and more. Students graduate with industry certifications, practical skills, and valuable connections to local businesses and internships.
Building Leaders through AFJROTC
Under the leadership of dedicated instructors, our Air Force Junior ROTC program motivates young people to become better citizens and leaders. Stebbins ROTC cadets play an active role in our school and community by leading flag ceremonies, participating in service projects, and modeling excellence both in and out of the classroom.
A Commitment to Every Student’s Future
At Stebbins, we believe in preparing every student for success beyond graduation—whether through Enrollment, Enlistment, or Employment. By offering a wide range of opportunities, strong support systems, and a clear vision for the future, Stebbins High School is empowering students to forge their path and build a bright, successful future.
